4. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
Estimated delivery times begin once an order has shipped and vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Available shipping methods and their estimated delivery windows will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Delivery estimates are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.
5. Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $49. Shipping costs for orders under this threshold, and for any expedited shipping methods, are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order weight, method selected, and delivery address.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and carrier link so you can follow your package's progress. If you have not received tracking information within a few days of placing your order, please contact us.
7. Delays & Exceptions
Occasionally, shipments may be delayed due to circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, severe weather, or high order volumes. We appreciate your patience in these situations and will do our best to keep you informed. Please also double-check your shipping address at checkout, as we are unable to redirect packages once they have shipped.
